KARACHI: The rupee declined against the dollar in the interbank foreign exchange market trade on Wednesday, said dealers.
In the interbank market, the rupee shed 22 paisas against the dollar. The domestic unit ended weaker at 97.37 to the dollar as compared to the previous closing of 97.15.
The rupee, in the open market, remained flat as it was being exchanged at 97.50 and 97.90 for buying and selling, respectively.
