CDC may suspend ordinary shares of four companies


KARACHI: The Central Depositary Company of Pakistan Limited has notified its intention to suspend the ordinary shares of four companies for their failure in submitting the fees, according to a statement on Tuesday.

In its letter to the Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) the CDC notified that Ruby Textile Mills Limited, TRG Pakistan Limited, Transmission System Engineering Industries Limited and Worldcall Telecom Limited have failed to pay the fee and charges in accordance with the schedule of fees and deposits of the CDC regulations, it said.

The CDC has given notice of 10 business days to these companies for settlement and payment of the fees, otherwise their shares will be suspended from January 21, it added.
