The latest survey carried on also revealed the list of the largest direct hire firm and this listed named Robert Half International Inc. as the largest U.S. provider of direct hire with 2011 U.S. revenue of $206 million in this segment. Randstad came second with the $84 million in the U.S. direct hire revenue in 2011. The direct hire revenue of seven firms in United States stood about $25 million respectively. It can be well seen from the data that direct hire service firms are contributing their worth towards employment generation in United States.
The direct hire service option is considered to be a better option than a contract to hire as per the recent survey carried on by the global consultancy Blessing White that surveyed more than 3500 employed professionals across North America between March and June 2012 that revealed that about 56% of the employees planned to stay with the organization for the next twelve months, 33% said that may probably stay with their organization and only 11% respondents replied that they would leave their parent organizations as soon as possible. Direct hire services is the best method in finding the best of the talents thereby helping the organizations in their business growth.
