SAfrica 217/2 at stumps in second test

ADELAIDE: South Africa were 217 for two in reply to Australia's first innings 550 at the close of the second day of the second Test at the Adelaide Oval on Friday.

Skipper Graeme Smith was unbeaten on 111 with Jacques Rudolph not out on 25.
