ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan will be open on Thursday (today), according to a press release.All the Benches will function normally except Bench - I where the following three cases will be heard only:
1. Civil Petition No. 796/2007, etc (Reko Diq case)
2. Constitution Petition No. 36/2011
3. Constitution Petition No. 121/2012
2. The rest of the cases are delisted.
3. Secretary Ministry of Interior has been asked to ensure hassle free entry to staff of the Supreme Court, lawyers, litigants and journalist in the red-zone.
