Muharram moon sighted

KARACHI: The moon of Muharram-ul-Haram has been sighted and the first of Muharram will fall today (November 16).A meeting of the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee was held at Karachi on Thursday under its chairman Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman, which announced that the moon of Muharram-ul Haram has been seen. Thus, Ashura-e-Muharram will be held on 25 November (Sunday).
