PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government Friday ordered posting and transfers of several officials of the Home & Tribal Affairs Department.
According to an official notification, Taj Noor Khan, district public prosecutor (BS-19), has been transferred from Buner and posted against the vacant post of district public prosecutor, Chitral (BS-19). Muhammad Sultan Mehmood, senior public prosecutor (BS-19) was transferred from the Anti-Terrorism Court-1, Peshawar, and posted as district public prosecutor in Buner.
Muhammad Ibrahim, senior public prosecutor (BS-19) at the anti-terrorism court-1 Swat (camp court at Peshawar Central Prison) has been transferred to Lower Dir district; Fazle Noorani, public prosecutor (BS-18), from Lower Dir to Anti-Terrorism Court-1, Swat (camp court at Peshawar Central Prison); Public Prosecutors (BPS-18) Nasrullah Khan from Karak to Peshawar, Arif Bilal from Upper Dir to Anti-Terrorism Court-III Peshawar, Muhammad Khalid from Anti-Terrorism Court-III Peshawar as District Public Prosecutor, Upper Dir in his own pay and scale; Attaur Rehman from Charsadda posted against the vacant post of public prosecutor (BP-18) at Lower Dir.
Abdul Hameed, district public prosecutor (BS-18), was transferred from Kohistan to Abbottabad; Shahzad Iqbal, public prosecutor, from Anti-Terrorism Court, Abbottabad, and posted as district public prosecutor Kohistan in his own pay and scale.
Mian Azizuddin, deputy public prosecutor Kohistan (BS-17), has been transferred from Upper Dir and posted against a vacant post of public prosecutor (Bs-18) at Peshawar in his own pay and scale.
