Goodness of Blown Stretch Films

Author: thomaspatric

Brown stretch films are widely used in packaging units. There are many different types of brown stretch film available in the market with the latest technology improving so much. So it is necessary to make sure that the purpose is solved for which the Blown Stretch Film is manufactured. It is difficult to make choice, but still the choices are made on various factors.

Some of the factors considered while selecting blown stretch films depends on the wrapping size performance of the product and the last, but not the least on the cost of the product. The quality of the product include wrapping size, the performance of the product and last, but not least the cost incurred in producing the blown film.

Blown stretch film includes extrusion process, which are used in the manufacture of blown films. Also, a variety of plastic bags and different sacks are manufactured using brown stretch films. The process of manufacturing brown stretch films starts firstly by melting the plastic material and when it is extracted by using a ring shaped die it makes a continuous plastic tube, which is mixed with the air and in turn it forms a plastic bubble.

And the bubble formed is maintained in the same form by applying constant pressure throughout the process of manufacturing then the next step is to use bubble with the help of various roller coaster and then it is taken to the place where it is cooled with the help of air and the final step is it is converted into a solid film tube of the required thickness, and a large force is required to stretch blown stretch films..

The brown stretch film is stretched with the help of pumps and large machines and lots of pressure is applied and it is advisable that there is no air bubbles left between the films. So for this work and to generate such large amount of pressure we require a large amount of power and a high intensity force to make sure that the blown film does not return to its original shape and make the process of stretching a mere waste of time.

There are many advantages of the blown film. The major advantage of using the blown stretch film is that it is tear-resistant and is also highly durable as compared to other stretch film in the industry. The other advantages of this blown stretch film are that it does not stick with the surface of the good while packing. The brown stretch films is extensively used in packaging industries this stretching property of brown stretch films increases its sales and is far better than other packaging.
