Sometimes pour a spoon or two of it in the warm milk and enjoy the real taste of nature's gift. Cows' milk and buffaloes' milk are the two main sources of getting this product but both these origins of ghee make considerable variation in color and taste of the product. So it becomes easy to determine the source of it and to select the one that a customer likes to eat. Modern science has also certified that the use of it is good for health. The regular use of it in moderate quantity does not cause any damage to health.
The nutritional needs of growing children are cater well by this by product of milk. Against a number of diseases and body disorders its presence in body provides a good shield. Good mental health and its maintenance can be achieved with this pure product. If the moisture is totally evaporated from it can be stored outside refrigerator, at normal temperature it does not turn to solid form. It is derived from nature's gift milk which itself has manifold benefits for every age human beings so its advantages to health is well established.
