Dr Kamal Jan, former president of Pakistan Doctors Association (PDA) and chairman of the Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Foundation died of cardiac arrest in Kanbar Maidan in Lower Dir district on Saturday.
His funeral prayer was offered at 2 pm and was attended by a large number of people. He was the brother of Hazrat Kamal Jan, Engineer Ahmed Kamal and late Kalam Khan.
The deceased was politically affiliated with the PPP and served as the chairman of the SBBF. He also led the provincial chapter of the PDA when he was a serving doctor.
