KSE puts names of nine companies on defaulters’ list


KARACHI: The Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) has put names of nine companies in the defaulters list and has warned them to pay their dues within 90 days, otherwise their shares would be suspended, according to a statement on Wednesday.

In a notification, the exchange said that these mills have failed to pay the annual listing fee for two or more years. In case of failing in submitting fees by April 9, they will face suspension of shares and will be put under compulsory buyback of shares, it said.

The defaulter companies included Chenab Limited, Dandot Cement Company Limited, Gammon Pakistan Limited, Gulistan Textile Mills Limited, Gulshan Spinning Mills Limited, Mandviwala Mauser Plastic Industries Limited, Pak Leather Crafts Limited, SG Fibre Limited and Transmission Engineering Industries Limited, it added.
