Peshawar police van targeted, two killed

PESHAWAR: Two police men including one sub-inspector were killed in a targeted attack on a police van by detonating explosives at Badaber, Kohat Road near Shabkhel police station on Monday here, Geo News reported.

Peshawar SP Rural, Javed Khan said that the explosion was caused by a planted bomb. Further investigations are underway.

Meanwhile, the area has been cordoned off by the police and rescue operation continuing.
