KARACHI: Mohammad Asif became only the second Pakistani to win the IBSF World Snooker Championship when he overcame a spirited comeback from Gary Wilson of Great Britain in the final in Sofia, Bulgaria, on Sunday. It’s after 18 years that the world snooker crown has returned to Pakistan. Mohammad Yousaf achieved this feat at Johannesburg, South Africa, in 1994.
