Dr Asim meets Ahmadinejad

TEHRAN: Advisor to Prime Minister on Petroleum and Natural Resources, Dr Asim Hussain, called on Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Geo News reported.

According to Iran’s state run TV, the minister held discussions with Ahmadinejad with special focus on Pak-Iran gas pipeline.Earlier, Asim, who is on a two-day visit to Iran met Foreign Minister, Dr Ali Akbar Salehi, Iranian Petroleum Minister, Rostam Ghasemi, andAdvisor to the President and Head of the Centre for Innovation andTechnology Cooperation (CITC), Hamid R. Amirinia. and discussed matters of mutual interest.
