Rawalpindi: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) Sunday recovered 50 heroin-filled capsules from the abdomen of a passenger, the ANF said.
The passenger identified as Ilyas, son of Jan Qaiser, bearing passport number 1743381, resident of Police Lines, Karachi West, was proceeding to Dhaka via Dubai by flight EK-615 in the wee hours of Sunday, the ANF said. He was intercepted at the ANF counter.
The passenger, during questioning, confessed that he had gulped down 50 capsules of heroin. He was shifted to the hospital for recovery of heroin-filled capsules. A case was registered against him.
