Naseeruddin Shah says he will perform in a programme scheduled to be held in Lahore on Dec 1 and 2.
Indian actor Naseeruddin Shah has arrived in Lahore to participate in a programme, a media report said on Thursday.
Mr Shah along with his family arrived in Lahore on Wednesday, reported the News International. "Why would I come to Pakistan if I had no Aman ki Asha (desire for peace)?" Mr Shah told the media outside the Allama Iqbal International Airport. He said that he would stay in Pakistan for a week and would perform in a programme scheduled to be held in Lahore Dec 1 and 2.
The news report did not elaborate on the type of programme.
