Malala’s class fellow Shazia vows to continue education


MINGORA: School girl Shazia Ramzan, who was injured in the attack on Malala Yousafzai on October 9, Thursday vowed to continue her education come what may.
“I have fully recovered now. I am thankful to the doctors at the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Peshawar, for providing all possible help and facilities to me,” she told reporters here. She also prayed for the early recovery of Malala Yousafzai, now under treatment at a hospital in UK. “We must get education no matter what challenges come in our way,” she said.

She asked parents to equip their daughters with modern education.Shazia and Kainat were injured in the assassination attempt on Malala Yousafzai when they were going in the school van to homes in Mingora city. Kainat has already returned to school after being treated at the Saidu Sharif Hospital.
