Panic gripped the residents of Satellite Town when an under repair old multi-storey building collapsed in B-Block with a big bang on Friday, the ‘Rescue-1122’ said.
The neighbours and passersby rushed to the scene to rescue people trapped under the debris of the old house (B-721) and informed the ‘Rescue-1122’, the locals said. They added that the personnel of ‘Rescue-1122’ reached the scene and rescued a 17-year-old labourer, Hakeemullah, and shifted him to the Holy Family Hospital, where his condition is stated to be out of danger.
