Judicial Magistrate (West-II) Sohail Ahmed Mashori on Monday revoked orders for the release on parole of two men facing charges of possessing illegal arms, and issued non-bailabe arrest warrants against them.
Abdul Latif Kamran alias Panda is facing a case of possession of illegal arms registered under Section 13-D by Mominabad police.
Muhammad Majid is facing charges under sections 380/34 and an FIR was lodged against him by Orangi police.
The court fixed November 17 to hear the cases against the two.
The revoking of the release orders follows the recent orders of the Supreme Court that disallowed the release of accused on parole and directed the courts concerned to revoke such orders.
